COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

NOTICE: At the March 11, 2008 meeting of the Village of Lima Board, the final Comprehensive Plan was adopted. This plan had been previously adopted by the Town of Lima at their recent meeting. The current copy of the Comprehensive Plan is available at the Town and Village Offices or online at www.townoflima.org

ZONING CODE -- PROPOSED NEW CODE PURSUANT TO NEW COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

The following files are for the "Draft of Chapter 185 of the Village Code / Zoning Code."

The changes to existing Code are marked in RED. There will be a Public Hearing later in the Summer of 2009 (July-August) -- watch for notice of the Publc Hearing to be posted here on this website, published in the official newspaper, The Sentinel, and elsewhere.
